The TrailMax Bear Proof Pack Panniers fill the need for a practical, all-purpose hard-sided pack pannier. These pack panniers meet USFS and Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) requirements for bear-resistance on state and federal lands. Sold as a pair, complete with rigging.
