TWO-W Heavy Duty 500 Series Panel are ideal for use in high pressure corral systems, high pressure pens and handling areas. Being a great example and testament to 2W’s Commitment To Quality, these panels are made from 13 ga, 2" diameter high strength steel tube that is laser saddle cut and robotically welded using a state of the art CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process. These panels are powder coated in 2W Dark Gray.
Heavy Duty Connecting Posts
This product utilizes heavy duty connecting posts that come in 2-way, 3-way and 4-way configurations allowing for the creation of pens and complex corral systems. These connecting posts are used throughout all of 2W's Heavy-Duty series products allowing for same-series interchangeability. Both male and female "Post Pin" configurations are available.
Post Pin Style Connecting System
2W Heady-Duty products utilize the 2W "Post Pin" connecting system. This system uses a shaped steel rod paired with shaped clips to fasten posts to panels. This systems allows for minute play so as to aid with odd fitment or change in terrain while at the same time ensuring that once the connection is made, it will never separate due to cattle pressure.
Laser Cut Steel Tube
2W utilizes Fiber Laser Technology to precision saddle cut high quality steel tube. The built-in software calculates the saddle cut ensuring a perfect fit when placed into the robotic welding fixture. This saddle cut provides vastly increased assembly strength over traditional "Pinch & Weld" style panels, whilst maintaining similar pricing for the end customer. In short, 2W patrons receive a higher durability product for the same price.
CNC Robotic Welded Seams
Though 2W does still utilize hand welders for large assemblies, the incorporation of CNC Robotic Welders for high-volume products allows for maximum consistency between welds and aids with quality control measures. To add an extra layer of quality measures, these robotic welders use an Advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process that greatly reduces metal distortion, minimizes tension caused by heat expansion, nearly eliminates weld spatter and makes for a beautiful high quality weld.
