How do I get a gift card?
North 40 Outfitters in-store gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our 10 store locations for use in-store only. eGift cards can only be purchased online and can only be applied towards online purchases.

Are gift cards returnable?
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. If you are not happy with any purchase you make using a gift card, please refer to our return policy.

How are traditional gift cards sent?
Gift cards can be purchased online and will be shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise at checkout.

How can I check my gift card balance?
We are working on a way to check your gift card balance online but that feature is not available yet so you may check your balance by Contact Us with the number on the back of your card or calling us or your local store.
