TWO-W Lemsco Series Medium Duty Gate Panel are designed for walk through height (7’ 8") entry into medium stress livestock handling systems. The outer frame is off set with a panel extension and connects to all other "Lemsco" Series Medium Duty products, while the inner gate is operated with a chain latch. Made from 14 ga - 11/2" Diameter Round Steel Tube that is laser saddle cut and robotically welded - these medium duty gates utilize leading edge manufacturing practices. These gate panels are powder coated in 2W’s standard Dark Gray. 2W "Lemsco" Series Medium Duty Panels utilize the "Lemsco" Series Connecting System. This system is designed for light stress perimeter and pen applications. The "Lemsco" Series Connecting System allows a certain amount of variable adjustability when connecting panels, resulting in skewed overall dimensions.

Gate Extension Spacing Addition
2W gate panels, this product is essentially a Gate-In-Frame with a panel section attached. This is typically used for entry into livestock handling systems that had odd spacing or needs an entry gate in a space larger than the Gate-In-Frames outer frame.
Lemsco Series Connecting System
The Lemsco Series has a unique drop pin and dog leg style connecting system that securely fastens the same series products to one another.
Laser Cut Steel Tube
2W utilizes Fiber Laser Technology to precision saddle cut high quality steel tube. The built-in software calculates the saddle cut ensuring a perfect fit when placed into the robotic welding fixture. This saddle cut provides vastly increased assembly strength over traditional "Pinch & Weld" style panels, whilst maintaining similar pricing for the end customer. In short, 2W patrons receive a higher durability product for the same price.
CNC Robotic Welded Seams
Though 2W does still utilize hand welders for large assemblies, the incorporation of CNC Robotic Welders for high-volume products allows for maximum consistency between welds and aids with quality control measures. To add an extra layer of quality measures, these robotic welders use an Advanced Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding process that greatly reduces metal distortion, minimizes tension caused by heat expansion, nearly eliminates weld spatter and makes for a beautiful high quality weld.
