The Prince nymph is a stonefly pattern developed in the 1930's by Doug Prince. It's a staple for just about every fly box that targets trout. This fly was originally called the Brown Forked Tail. Fish this fly anywhere there are stoneflies--including: skwalas, goldenstones, and salmonflies.
