The 2.5 inch (20" long) Bearded Butchers Branded fibrous mahogany casings are a great size casing for making summer sausage. These casings are inedible and should be removed before consuming Summer Sausage,

Each package contains 10 casings. 10 casings fully stuffed should hold about 25-30 pounds of meat.

Keep sealed and dry when not in use.
