Chicone developed this pattern for bonefish while fishing in South Andros Island, Bahamas in 2011. This fly is like a Gotcha but has a few key differences. Chicone says the Artic Fox is a better wing material to use because it does not retain and soak up water like rabbit fur does. He also mentions the pink diamond braid is a perfect color pink and is also more durable than palmering materials such as Krystal Flash up the shank.
