The Earthquake Pioneer has set a new standard for tilling performance. It's dual direction tines allow it to be used from the beginning to the end of the season. In CRT mode, the counter rotating tines slice through sod and unbroken ground to create new gardens, while the standard rotating tines of SRT mode, weed and create a smooth seed bed for planting. Easily switch between tilling modes with the easy-to-use lever.

The 99cc engine delivers plenty of power to the steel tines to chew through even the toughest soils while remaining maneuverable. • 1-Handed Operation: The Pioneer operates so smoothly that it can be operated with a single hand while stepping to the side of the tilling path to avoid footsteps in your seed bed
• Frustration-Free Shifting: Simply slide the lever into 1 of 4 drive modes. Neutral allows the tiller to be pushed manually while drive propels the machine without engaging the tine. While tilling, choose between counter rotating and standard rotating tines depending on your soil conditions
• Bust Stubborn Sod: While in CRT mode, the Pioneer breaks through even the toughest sod and soil to create new gardens or expand existing seed beds
• Create Smooth Seed Beds: SRT mode levels and mixes tilled soil to create the perfect seed bed for planting in the spring or maintaining rows during the growing season
