Organic Red Russian Kale has flat-leaf leaves that are dark green with purple stems. Red Russian Kale seeds are rich in vital nutrients such as calcium, potassium and folate. Sow Organic Red Russian Kale seeds in outdoor rows as soon as the ground can be worked. Place one seed every 4" and cover with soil. When plants are about 3" tall, thin to 12" apart. Harvest side leaves as needed at 6"-8" length.
