We dubbed this fly the Mind of it's Own because it has a very irratic action. It hovers under the surface, sometimes it wakes on top, and other times it does a perfect subsurface "walk the dog" action. It's a great large profile fly for throwing in shallow zones or muddy areas where the big profile suspended off the bottom is the only way to get them to see it.
