The Butch Caddis was originally tied by Kelly Galloup for fast water on the Madison River. Tied to withstand being submerged and pop back up in quicker current. Buggy enough to fish in slow water and with the wing being tied high, it is almost impossible to sink. Don't forget to apply floatant.
