Your entrance into any North 40 Outfitters location or participation in any event will serve as your express permission to North 40 Outfitters to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, publish, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise exploit your name, photograph, quotes, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance, captured by any method, for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, training, decorating, promoting, publicizing, and marketing North 40 Outfitters in any and all media, now known or later developed, throughout the world in any manner or format, including, without limitation, printed materials, audio/video productions, advertisements in any form, and online formats (including email, websites, social media, and mobile marketing).

Please be advised that North 40 Outfitters may photograph and/or record at any of their store locations for various internal, marketing and other purposes.
