Find In StoreWe have a lot of experience with this emerger pattern. The Trico Captive Dun is a go to here on the Missouri River in Montana. We often times fish it as a second fly off the back of our main dry fly pattern. The CDC half emerged wing becomes translucent and sometimes even holds bubbles which gives it a very realistic look in the water. This is a another simple and effective invention from dry fly genius Rene Harrop.
