This Rene Harrop mayfly spinner pattern has all the tech with a biot body, CDC post, and Whiting course dry fly hackle. The thing we love about this version of a mayfly spinner is that the wings are not white. Many of the commercial spinner patterns have bright white wing material and those flies can easily get denied on tailwaters. The spinner represents the end of the hatch when all the adults are "spent" and fallen on the water.
