North 40 Kiosk Instructions

1. Visit a participating North 40 Location: Look for the Silencer Shop Kiosk located near the gun counter. Partner with a Gun Counter associate to assist you in using this terminal in setting up your profile with Silencer Shop. Your profile will include your identification/demographics, fingerprints, and passport style photo. All this information will be used to prepare the required ATF Form 4 for your suppressor transfer.
2. Choose your suppressor: You can select a suppressor from our store inventory or browse Silencer Shop’s entire catalog and have the associate assign that suppressor to your Silencer Shop profile and finalize your purchase at the store.
3. Once the suppressor is purchased: Silencer Shop will send you a document by email to sign.
4. Complete your ATF eForm 4 submission: This form cannot be completed until the suppressor has arrived at the North 40 location. Once the suppressor arrives North 40 will contact you to set up a time to prepare and certify your ATF Form 4. The kiosk collects everything needed for preparing your ATF Form 4.
5. Once ATF Form 4 is approved: Once your ATF Form 4 is approved you will need to visit the North 40 location to fill out the ATF 4473 and be transferred the suppressor.
