It is suitable for use on aluminum sheet, plate, pipe, castings, and extrusions with a minimum thickness of 3/32", delivering strong, corrosion-resistant welds with excellent color match.
V-345 features a dense, extruded coating that eliminates air holes commonly found in lower-quality dip-coated electrodes. This results in a more stable arc, cleaner welds, and improved consistency. It can be used as a SMAW stick electrode or as an oxyacetylene brazing rod, offering added versatility in shop or field applications.
