High & Dry Capes are the most versatile necks in the Whiting's product line. These capes have a great variety in feather, which allows you to tie small insect imitations & skaters and even salmon dry flies, all just from one cape. As other Whiting's capes, High & Dry necks' feathers have elastic quills and stiff barbs to guarantee excellent floating abilities for your dry.
