Why aren't all your products online?

Each week we are working hard to expand our online product selection. We want to bring you the absolute best when it comes to clarity of display and advertisement, and it takes time to gather that information. We aim to have more inventory up shortly. Until then, we thank you for your patience.

Can I buy a gift card online?

We have two types of gift cards that can be purchased online. If the intended recipient has access to any of our store locations, you can purchase a traditional gift card and have it mailed to them. Traditional gift cards can only be used at the store. If you’re intended recipient does not have access to our stores, or if they would like to take advantage of our great online deals, you can send them an eGift Card. It will be emailed to them, and can be used towards any online purchase.

How do I apply for a position?

Thank you for your interest in becoming an employee of North 40 Outfitters. We are always looking for unique, community minded individuals to join our family’s team. You can visit our Careers Page to find a current list of open positions.

I have applied for a position, how do I check my application status?

Applications typically take a few days to process. We understand the wait time can be stressful, but ask for your continued patience while we give our full attention to every application we receive. We’ll let you know if we'd like to schedule an interview or if the position you are applying for has already been filled.

How do I find my order status?

When you place your order online, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address given at the time of purchase. North 40 Outfitters also provides a dedicated Shipping & Returns page you can use to check your order status. If you haven’t received your tracking number, or cannot find your order in our system, please contact us.

How do I return an item?

North 40 Outfitters is proud to stand behind the products we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page to request a Return Authorization Number and get instructions. Returns and refunds are subject to restrictions as described in our Returns Policy.

How do I get my products into your stores?

We are always looking for new and exciting products to offer our customers. Please contact our corporate office to schedule a formal appointment. We ask that you respect our time just as we respect yours: serious inquiries only.

Can North 40 Outfitters make a donation or sponsor my organization?

North 40 Outfitters is proud to play an active role in community engagement projects, and we look forward to receiving your application. Please visit our Community Support page to see if your request aligns with our donations priorities and to find our Community Giving Application. The approval process takes time, so we ask that your application be completed and submitted at least 60 days prior to your scheduled event.
