The digitally controlled burn system allows you to reach temperatures as low as 180° for low and slow and as high as 500° for fiery and fast cooking. The easy to use dial-in digital control with LED readout allows you to set your grill temperature and forget about it while the grill does the work of monitoring temperature and feeding wood pellets into the burn pot where they will be ignited. You can keep an eye on the internal temperature of the grill with the built-in dome thermometer. The 700S features 700 sq.in of grilling space with 507 sq.in on the main grid level, made of porcelain coated cast iron and 193 sq.in on the upper rack made of porcelain coated steel. A standard 120V outlet will be required to power the reliable 200 w auto igniter and the automatic start and cool down cycle. On the flame broiler, at the bottom of the grill, there is a simple slide plate that, when closed, allows you the option of an indirect flame for smoking and baking. When the simple slide plate is slid open it gives you the option of direct flame grilling, creating the ideal set-up for beautiful seared steaks and flame kissed burgers. The Pit Boss 700S also has a built-in fan-forced convection system that circulates air throughout the cooking chamber creating an even temperature and removes the need for a rotisserie. Heavy duty steel construction is finished with a durable powder coating made to withstand high cooking temperatures. This grill will reach up to 40,000 BTU and will vent smoke out the back of the grill and away from the grill master. The hopper is able to hold up to 21 lb of pellets and includes a safety grid. The side shelf comes with tool hooks for easy cooking and the bottom shelf adds stability to you cart while also adding storage space. This grill also features four durable heavy duty caster wheels for easy rolling, a slide-out grease drip tray, a removable flavor guard that allows for simple cleaning and a pellet clean out door so you can keep your unused pellets protected and dry between uses.
