Store Manager, Patty Arthur
Patty Arthur grew up in Montana enjoying Flathead Lake, Big Mountain, and Glacier Park. In 1987, Patty and her husband moved to Washington State where they raised their two daughters. She began working for North 40 Outfitters in 2000, and in 2011 she relocated to Sandpoint, Idaho to open and manage our North 40 Outfitters Ponderay location. She enjoys spending time at Lake Pend Oreille, Schweitzer Mountain, and the many other mountain ranges in the area. Though, her greatest joys are her family and four grandchildren.

Store Manager, Josh Cass
I was born and raised living the outdoor lifestyle; from camping and fishing to on the field sports like football and rugby – if I could be outside, I would be. I began my retail career at Cabela’s and spent 10 years in the outdoor retail environment before coming to be apart of the North 40 family. In my 7 years with North 40, I have managed three of our locations – and am proud to now call Ponderay my home location.
When I’m not at work, I can be found in the woods, on a lake, on the golf course, or anywhere outside. And whether I’m outside or in, I’ll most like be happily accompanied by my wife of 19 years.
