Weston Manual Meat Tenderizer & Jerky Slicer features to make cubed steak or country fried steak, take your precut meat and feed it into the machine while the tenderizer blades are in and your meat will be ready for the next step after just one time! The process to make jerky is the same while the jerky slicer blades are in, feed the meat into the machine one time and your meat will be ready to go to the dehydrator to be made jerky.
