Shopping with us is easy and convenient because we offer Curbside Pickup. You don’t even have to leave the comfort of your vehicle, and it’s as easy as 1-2-3-4!
Curbside pickup is available at checkout for qualifying items by choosing the pickup in-store option and selecting your closest store at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. We strive to have items available within three hours but please wait for the email before heading down to the store.
A valid ID is required to pick up your order so please have that available. Remember, the ID must match the name on the order unless otherwise specified. Please contact our support team if someone else will be picking up the order. When you arrive at the store, park in one of the designated spots and call your local store for curbside service. You can also go inside your favorite North 40 Outfitters Store and pick up your order at customer service or in the designated checkout lane.
Please note that if your order is not picked up within 5 business days, we will cancel and credit your order.

When will my order be ready?
We'll email you when your order is ready. We strive to have items available within three hours but please wait for the email before heading down to the store.
Step 2
Arrive at selected store and park in the designated pickup location or nearest parking spot.
Step 3
Sit tight and call your local store.

Our Curbside Pickup service is available at all of our North 40 Outfitters store locations. Please check with your local store for hours and pickup information.
We will hold your order 5 days from the date the order is placed, after that your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for your order.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Please contact support@north40.com to make arrangements for someone else to pick up your order.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
To pick up your order, we require you to have your ID and an order confirmation.
Once I choose a store, can I change store locations as my pick up location?
This depends on inventory at the new pick up location. Please contact support@north40.com to make pick up changes.
What do I need to do if I want to return my items?
To return your items, simply bring in your confirmation number along with any items you are returning to the store location.
What if the item I ordered is being sold at a lower price in the store when I go in to pick up my order?
We will still charge you for the original price, however, we can correct and price match our own pricing in store. Please contact support@north.com for price adjustments.
What if I need to cancel my order?

Is the In-Store Pick Up option available at my local North 40?
In-Store Pick up is available at all North 40 Outfitters locations for all in stock items.
Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?
We ask for this information in case we need to provide you with additional information about your order.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup in the store?
Once the store has your order ready, you will receive an email notification letting you know that you can pick up your order and it will include instructions on what to bring.
What if the store I wish to pick up from is not listed?
If the store you wish to pick up from is not an option, odds are the item is not currently available at that store. If you have any questions please call us at 1-844-466-8400 or email us at support@north40.com for inventory support.
