How to Fish the Bill Lewis StutterStep with Mark Daniels Jr.

One of the coolest lures we saw on the floor this year at iCast 2017 was the StutterStep from Bill Lewis Outdoors. Originally designed for tigerfish in Zimbabwe, the StutterStep is all about demanding attention.

The latest emanation below will get you talking. Click below to watch the video and check out our Bill Lewis' lures here.

Hey, guys, Mark Daniels Jr. Bassmaster Elite Series Pro. We're here at ICast 2017 and I'm with North 40 getting ready to talk to you guys about one of our new baits, the StutterStep. Last year we introduced to you guys the 5.0 StutterStep, which is a 5-inch bait, lots of action in that bait, but this year, brand new, is the 4.0.

I'm gonna talk to you guys; the way I like to fish this bait is some of the cool actions. What's really cool about the StutterStep in general is you can cast this bait out and simply reel it in. On its own it's gonna have a real weight-bait, side-to-side, wobble type of action. Then, my favorite way to fish it; give that bait a cast, short, quick snaps of the rod, three to four inches, you're gonna get what's called the 'wag the tail' action.

This hard tail is gonna displace a lot of water from side to side, and this right here are gonna get you on both sides. It's the 5.0 and the 4.0 of the brand new StutterStep.
