Featuring interchangeable tanks, the Chapin Mixes-On-Exit (MOE) ATV Sprayer allows you to have a clean tank spraying system. Because concentrate is stored in a separate tank, the water holding tank never gets contaminated with chemical. The advantages of this are; that you can change tanks between different weed killer types, and you can store your chemical separately for the season. Watch the video below to learn more.

Good morning. My name's Steve Hickey. I'm at the Mid-States Show in Minneapolis with North 40 Outfitters. Wanted to talk about one of the new technologies being introduced in ATV sprayers called the MOE system. MOE stands for mixes-on-exit.

This is the very first sprayer on the market to allow you to have a clean tank spraying system. By clean tank I mean the water holding tank never gets cross-contaminated with chemical. The advantage is you put the concentrate in a separate mixing tank. The tanks are removable so you can interchange from a selective weed killer to a non-selective weed killer.

You never have to be concerned with mixing up too much chemical because the issue with the old ATVs was you would mix up 25 gallons of Roundup, for example, and at the end of the year you might have seven gallons left in the tank and what do you do with it? A lot of people have to dump it out. There's really not an environmentally safe way to get rid of the product at the end of the season, so this system eliminates that completely.

It's very simple to use. There's a simple dial system that sets the dilution ratio so you can mix from one ounce to 15 ounces per gallon just by turning this dial. You have the ability to run it as a spot sprayer or a boom sprayer. When you're done you simply disconnect the tank. The tank can be stored in your garage or your barn, and then you can put the next tank on it that you want to use. Again, brand new technology, ready for introduction in January of 2019, from Chapin Manufacturing.
