How Does a Pellet Grill Work?

Hi, everybody. My name is Brad Gerber. I'm a buyer for North 40 Outfitters. I'm here to talk to you about pellet grills.

How does a pellet grill work? The grill uses food grade pellets made from hard wood saw dust. They come in different flavors like hickory, mesquite, apple and cherry. You fill your pellet hopper, that is attached to the grill, with the pellets. An auger feeds the burner at a rate depending on how hot you have set your grill on the digital control unit.
