Three or Four Fletch?

So, the first thing you want to do is just get your preferred fletching jig. Here we have a Bitzenburger it's what we use here at the West Great Falls location. You get the vanes that you're gonna put on your arrows. You decide whether or not you want a three or a four Fletch. So, you take your vane and slide it into the clamp of the jig. I like mine with a Bitzenburger with about three hash marks up from the back. It gives me good distance from the nock, and then you're gonna take a nice fast-setting superglue. You're gonna put a nice thin bead of superglue on the base of this vane. Once you got that, you're gonna take your clamp and slide it into the jig and you're gonna press down to where you get a nice good adhesion from the back to the front on that vein. You're going to hold this for about 10-15 seconds while that glue sets.

And once that glue sets, you pull your clamp off and rotate the jig to your next position. Then, keep doing that until you get all your veins on each arrow. For more questions feel free to swing by your local North 40 Outfitters, or check us out online at north40.com.
